KratzWhy not call the company, instead of looking to the board for answers. You won't find them brain dead,far from it, as they work away to get things moving. When a stock get's out of favor, it takes sometime to  get it moving again, but move it will.R !Bert

oh yeah i had a friend who does trades personally for one of THE major players on the Street to ask about Soho and the guy almost barfed. Apparently he had a really bad experience and found mgmt quite stubborn and arrogant. Said wouldnt even consider it unless MAJOR changes were made. When he was told the stock price he said, only 10 more cents to go!

Funny, I spoke to a trader who said the exact same thing.  After our conversation he drove away in his 1999 Hyundai accent.  Apparently he still had 2 years left on his lease.
