Shareholders take note!!!!
Today I received my ballot for the annual Soho meeting taking place Nov. 3. Here's your chance to show the current management what you think. Don't need to attend to vote, easy to do, I did mine on the internet. One thing that's got me worried is a vote on a 8-1 reverse stock split. Never seen any reverse split turn into something good. You'll need a control number which is on your ballot that is issued by your brokerage firm.
