After all these years is this now nearing the time that Ralph has to make a deal?

Will he risk losing his position if SOH keep allowing Zhang to acquire more of the company with cheap financings?

Ralph must be searching for  a serious parter while slowly losing control.Shareholders that have been locked into this stagnant investment for what seems a long,long time now should be asking the company these vital questions.

I doubt shareholders will say anything at the upcoming AGM.  But it should be brought up, because this company is tanking, and it literally has no where to go.  I would assume they would have to consider optioning the flagship property which would essentially but them at the edge of cliff with a full herd of buffaloes running their direction. They should just sell the company for cheap
