Any truth to the rumor Soho is thinking of changing their name to Moose Pasture Resources?

I suppose there is always that possibilty of a name change. I see in the distant future (probably the Dec. 21 meeting) a reverse split coming, 8 to 1 as agreed to last year. Reverse splits usually are bad for the shareholders, the stock falls in most cases.
