If name changed would be third time since I first  bought in to this failed company

first split 1 for 5...now looking at 1 for 8  or 1 for 13 since I bought in.

After my last posting, sure enough the voting form came out. 8 to 1 is in the cards. With the 40 odd million shares current management owns (and more coming with sweetheart deals) I would think us lowly share holders on this board will have little effect on the outcome.
