So,Ralph delivers a consolidation on Christmas Eve?  Why am I not surprised?

There are now 26 million shares o/s and he immediately dilutes out his diluted shareholders for 12 million shares (share and a full warrant) for $1.2 million dollars.

Anybody know who the market maker was here for control of  1/3rd of the new company for $1.2 million?

I would not be surprised that its the Chinese guys on the board, and if that is the case, so much for a Shareholder's Right Agreement.

Their NR stated Shareholder(ssss) unanimousdly approved a consolidation. I would suggest their agm may have been held in a closet , which may have had barely  enough space to make it plural.. How many times have this company consolidated, which should tell us that a new name should not hide the dismal permormance of  him & him & him..
