Peaches Q’s Emailed

(It copied over it white text before- apologies)

Hi again Myke

Last email inquiry and I’ll stop pestering you! One investor has requested I email you with his/her concerns/questions. Some of them may be a little crass, or directed at private information. If there is anything which is over the line, please disregard or indicate “not able to provide information”.

1. Do you have any public shares? If so, do you plan on adding more to “average down”?

2. What was the reason for putting out news releases about spending approx $1.3 million for the 30 year contracts, but not to include projected revenue amounts which SOLR anticipates seeing from them (even if that projection is based on present day’s value)?

3. What is happening with Solarshed? Why is nobody hearing anything about it?

4. It seems you are only interested in the American (USA) exchanges over Canadian exchanges. Would this be true? Wouldn’t it be easier to aim for the TSX instead of straight to the top on the USA’s exchanges (moving from TSX V to TSX would be a more reasonable goal)?

5. What is the reason you have not put out any news releases regarding how many EV stations SOLR has built to date?

6. (Confusing question here- apologies in advance, I am trying to paraphrase this individual’s appalling typing skills) Are you going to DRS (Direct Registration System) all the insider shares and post a news release about it? Is the company not interested in showing potential investors they e protected themselves from any future shorting/stock manipulation?

7. (Crass) Should people stop buying V.SOLR and invest directly with the company instead? Seems as though the company cannot hold or maintain any real markets value.

Looking forward to hearing from you again soon.

Thanks as always!

Sorry my key board skills aren t up to your standards, maybe you could find your way out to ALBERTA and we could pull some wrenches on some deisel trucks maybe even show you how to through some camlocks together(without busting your face wide open) or mayb just for shiets and giggles i could give you a 5 pound sledge hammer and bust some union joints together, wonder how appalled i d be watching you ...more

lol You could probably teach me a thing or two about trucks. I don't know much about the inner workings of my 3500, but I know she likes to haul. While you teach me whatever monkey business you do with your wrench, I could teach you how to build a house from cribbing out a foundation to lock up and finishing touches. I'm sure I could teach you how to swing a hammer. Or maybe I could supply ...more

Dont feel bad I just took delivery of my new Ram 3500 Cummins.  I picked it up about a month ago but I think I have maybe 40% of it figured out. I can repair anything mechanical as I was a machinist-millwright before I got hurt. But the other half computer stuff Im toast.  The very first time I bought an extended warranty. Go Solr. I was gonna ask you to put in an email to Myke if he has ...more

That's a decent question too. I'll see when I can get that in there. I don't want to bombard the guy like a crazed fanboy lol

Response from Myke via email: Thanks -----, happy to provide responses. I note that you are providing questions from other investors posts on a bulletin board, I am happy to speak with them if they’d like. I would advise any investor take information posted on public boards with a grain of salt as motivations are never clear. And to be honest, some posters have hurled some pretty nasty abuse at ...more

Thankyou Myke, and thankyou FOMO for posting.  Personally I am very satisfied with the response of that email. Myke obiously see's the posters on these sites which I also like how he spoke of them. Basically what I take from this response is that hes an honest CEO with good and positve forward momentum  happening.  Now there is only one question I have.  What does " ...more

POWER PURCHASE PRICE..I also wanted to know what it meant,so here it is,,,,,,,,,Traditionally, a power purchase agreement, or PPA, is a contract between a government agency and a private utility company. The private company agrees to produce electricity, or some other power source, for the government agency over a long period of time. Most PPA partners are locked into contracts that last ...more

To be honest, what does MYKE CLARK EXPECT????People have been investing in V.SOLR years and losing most of it over and over again! V.SOLR has got a pretty big reputation for that, prime example would be "FOMO" his investment is worth less then HALF OF THE PURCHASE PRICE NOW,and yet he s on here almost everyday with a positive outlook on things,i ve been watching guys like "FOMO" ...more

I dont know what you are talking about a lot of people bought in the 3-6 cent range and sold at 60-80 cents it is still up 300% over a 7 month period. It is a very strong company it is too bad my timing sucked I held for 2 years and sold before the stratospheric rise.I am back in with a lot of shares in the 35 cent range and will be holding long term. This company and the industry on the whole is ...more
