Jv deal - make or break

Probably going to be extended, but at some point this year, we shoud see 20 cents.
Or zero.
still a big risk.

Why would you think it would get extended?
Comment by pleazu69 on Sep 28, 2020 1:46pm
this is not trading like the deal is going to go ahead as planned should be large volume trading up to.05-.08 and .10-.15 after deal. however we have low volume trading PPs donw and taking out .035 doesnt look good IMO..

these clowns still have 2 days to close the deal, let's give them the benefit of the doubt
Comment by Pugsrock2 on Sep 28, 2020 7:03pm
Not worth my effort to give them anything. They are a complete joke. 2 days from now you will hear excuses and requests for extensions mostly so these guys can keep getting paid. Its 4th down and 99 yards to go. Time to punt. Kick these parasites out

usually in deals like that there is a breakage fee which means that if one side decides to get out of the deal she must pay a fine as to prevent a fraudulent activity
Comment by Pugsrock2 on Sep 28, 2020 10:17pm
I guess that could be the case but who knows as shareholders were not privy to the agreement. Fine could be a dollar $10, $10,000 or 100K. Management doesn't care cause not their money and they are not shareholders
