Today's news...more cash changing hands via JV partner..

While no deal yet /and or reveal of the JV partner the extension along with the JV advance of $215,000 and the key date of September 9th. Once that is made the JV closing is imminent. So news is extremely positive -and now 10 days away from 2.25 million dollars. Damn close. Very encouraging.

The way I understand it after the 2.25 million payment, the joint venture company will in October be pushing the plant building to produce. So yes it is very close. There is a lot of money in sales coming. So 2023 will be the big year. As for the share price it should rise with it.
