Soon ?

One thing we do know is the JV just spent another 2 million ish with SOP re partnership. Despite delay it does not seem at all possible a JV partner would walk away after investing 2.6 million in cash plus time/effort and whatever internal costs they have spent to get to this point. Only makes sense to hang tight a tad longer...

2.6 million is a drop in the bucket if entering into a bad deal. In the end it could cost much more, but the 2.6 can be written off. People walk away from much bigger amounts every day.

Fair enough..And no question continued delay is concerning. But when you add 2.6 million to the time and effort to assess this project (and what we belive to be excellent economics at Blawn) it seems unlikely that the JV partner would now walk. A damn long wait indeed...
