i could have gotten SOU cheaper, lol, well maybe not. seen this before when an over subscribed offering ,even if it is a little cheap, could do wonders for the share price. we will see soon.

Not really a comment on Southern but rather the Exchange rules. How is raising $30,000,000 at a 20% discount to market not a material event? The rules should change. Shareholders of record as of the date of signing of the Offering should be able to participate at the financing price for 100% of the shares in hand .. and moreover, the stock should be Stop Traded until the fiancing is closed. I
