they have drilled a number of gas wells and are waitting for the nat gas price in north america to go up to compleet them.......take a look at the SOU+ NAT GAS price.....they are going up now..imo. soooo. i like buying SOU in the 30`s now,it is the right time and as we all know...................TIMING IS EVERYTHING.
