He purchased another 168,500 shares on Sept 6. He now controls over over 13 % of outstanding shares.

Since becoming a Directotr in August of 2022 , Mr Janes has purchase over $ 7.8 million worth of SPA stock.

Mr Janes purchased another 142 k shares on Friday Sept 8. Also, Scotiabank was the large buyer of shares today so it is likely Mr Janes.
