Misson seems clear in theme number 5 from the deck - they have been looking to sell for a while now just need a consistent string of new sales to keep the share price going up to a place they are happy to sell at.  Would be interested to know what the insiders would consider an acceptable price?

All IMO of course...But there is no way they are even thinking about selling at this point. They are just ramping up and are the leader in their space. SAAS is growing like crazy which means many licensing deals will continue to come for the leader in the space. Very high margin stuff.  It seems to me they are just stating facts about the consolidations/mergers/buyouts and the growing ...more

I agree they aren't looking to sell at this price but they have insuated more than once in the past that the goal is to ramp it up and sell it - I would think if the share price was over 25 cents and they could get a decent premium above that in an offer they would be looking pretty hard at it.  Why else would you put something like that in the investor deck? Either way hoping to see ...more

100% agree with those thoughts. Selling has always been the goal from the beginning. I laughed at that press release as well. Business must be good. You don't take that tone without a whole lot of good news in the pipeline. Well said...
