Snipp Interactive Inc > Major stock holders...

Major stock holders...

are creeping up towards 40% now. With my shares I think we are really close to those 40% numbers.
That will continue to help the share price as weak hands leave for whatever reason.
As I have talked about many times the Venture exchange is an abject disaster for so many companies. Many times no matter what the company does or how they perform, their stock gets creamed because they are on a horrific exchange with penny flippers. Doing financings in Canada would be the worst possible outcome with Snipp. Horrible examples of those disasters are everywhere and Snipp should pay attention to that.

IMO of course...Aside from a takeover offer...If Snipp can focus on growing revenues, staying net income positive and planning to move to the Nasdaq at some point, they will be in perfect shape because the value of profits will never move too far off an actual valuation. If they are going to choose raising money at some point, I hope they realize that their only option should be in the U.S.. They will have a much better valuation and the opportunities to raise money in the U.S. as a tech company especially with institutional investors will be tremendous. I believe Brian coming on board is going to mean all the difference when they get to that point if they so choose.

Again...Financing risk especially in Canada is the worst with numerous examples of abject failures. The examples are everywhere and with disastrous outcomes. Getting off this disastrous exchange at some point should be their first goal. Atul and company have done an amazing job building the company and becoming profitable. Don't screw that up just to do something. They have so many things going for them that wasting anymore time on this garbage exchange for any reason will only make things worse for them.

We seem to be getting much more consistent U.S. based interest these days over the last couple months compared to the previous couple months. The U.S. market is massive for technology companies. If Snipp can garner some U.S. institutional support or another big player or two in the new year we are gonna be off to the races. Being profitable and having proprietary technology will spread like ...more

Interesting, SNIPF on OTC is trading up 18% today on 82K shares so far.  Can't wait until the Wed opening .......... however, more than another trading day to go in the US......besides the US market was closed on Friday so there could be some juggling going on.  TWT.

Back to same old, same old............12K shares OTC.   I hope that when it opens on the V tomorrow that it won't take that quick jump up and then "crash"........ twt.   Sure would like to see some sustainability now that it appears Snipp will be above 30 cents tomorrow.

Funny stuff...Canada is a lost cause...Canada is about as interesting to investors as our U.S. Political class is to everyday Americans. If you own other companies in Canada you will know what I am talking about. My small company Nasdaq investments have outperformed for years and have valuations that are absurd relative to the business. And that is because investors are looking for growth stocks ...more

Great case study to see how the US market performs vs the Canadian...this is proof that if they just went US we would all benefit

Maggs, as you alluded to, Brian should help in getting Snipp noticed to a greater degree.  There are excellent companies on the OTC so if Snipp can be recognized for their product, their people and their service 2022 could be a VERY good year.    I was pleasantly surprised to see SNIPF trade and move up on its own (I could have been fooled on this one) so may be there is some ' ...more

All I can say these guys are brilliant when it comes to running a business but just stupid when it comes to getting onto the US markets. Most of their business is there why stay here in Canada. If nothing else they  as insiders would also make so much for themselves. They really don't seem to be thinking about themselves in their! They could be making generational wealth for their ...more

Oh yea...Brian investing a huge chunk of money in Snipp was and is the most underrated thing that has happened to Snipp in 2021. Canada is way too st*pid to figure that out. Even the OTC investors are catching on. Investors only buy the OTC if they are really confident something is going on. The OTC is no better than the Venture. Both horrific exchanges with lawlessness as the norm. You will see ...more
