So if they half they do a 20times roll back this stock will fly in your assessment? As now the EPS just improved 20x...

The net income is positive due to loan forgiveness and write off of account payable for a total of 1.64M, without that the Co is net negative even on AjD EBITDA basis for the year, in my opinion

Sorry the Co net inc would be smaller than what is reported, also the co has not shown adj EBITDA which should have excluded that one time income of 1.64M, in my opinion

you are wrong..their regular EBITDA number does NOT include the one time income...IF they had ADJ it then it would be much HIGHER - so they are being extremely transparent here...

Bottom line is the recent financials did NOTHING to drive the stock price. Very disappointing. They do not appear to be making money. Some of these news bulletins are very vague in how they present their numbers and EBITA. The market is not stupid. Very little interest in this stock.

What part of their financials show them NOT making money? LOL! Cash flow from Operations is POSITIVE = 700,000+ EBITDA is POSITIVE = $1.8MM+ NET INCOME is POSITIVE = $2.1MM NET income with ONE TIME INCOME Removed is POSITIVE 600K+ No interest in this stock TRUE Market is not STUPID - FALSE

Detailed Financial statements are on their website https://www.snipp.com/hubfs/Financial%20Statements%20-%20Year%20Ended%20Dec%2031%2c%202020.pdf?hsLang=en They mentioned something like USD 7MM in revenue in the interview posted on the same investor section of the site

Or, for financials ( on any canadian public company ) go to Sedar, similar to U.S. Edgar but, imo, easier by far to use.

Other than market conditions, the sellers might know something that we don't. The good news is that we can pick up some more shares to hold for a few more years.
