SnippMEDIA

This is more great news that they have been working on for 8-10 months. I would imagine they are pretty far along with development and strategy per the time frame. Tom Burgess seems like the right man for the job with all of his successful background in digital media and his history with the company. Great for shareholders as it's another much bigger revenue line. Excited to see how this plays out!

Maggs, I hope you are right............. if my memory serves me correctly I was hoping Mr B was going to move Snipp closer to a better (US) exchange.   Perhaps that is still the plan but first things first.

OH...I'm right for sure. It will clearly bring in revenue for them. But it's impossible to know what kind of effect it will have without more info which I'm sure we will get as the year progresses. Snipp management has accomplished a lot for it's shareholders in the last couple of years. Anyone saying otherwise knows nothing about building a company. They have set us up for a very ...more

Am in this and stay in this for the every reason you have outlined in your last para. They don't do stupid short term share driven actions but are trying to build fundamental value in a way few smaller and definitely even fewer venture/otc companies do. While it might all blow up I think the odds are really in their favor. The media side is something they have talked about a lot. They do these ...more

"It's an honor to be transitioning into such a great operating team at Snipp. Being a Board member is like fighting with one hand tied behind your back. You're often just an advisor and observer. As an operator I get to roll up my sleeves and dive into the execution. I want to thank the Snipp Board and senior executive team for the opportunity ."

All reverse splits go to hell. Down the tubes in most cases 20-50%.
Comment by Maggs on Jun 17, 2022 11:39am
The company is NOT gonna do a reverse split until the stock hits or comes near what they would deem fair value. And only then would it be for the purpose of moving to the Nasdaq which is where real tech companies belong anyway. Atul knows how much value has already been lost and it will never happen until a real world valuation comes along.  SnippMEDIA should be a huge catalyst going ...more

You are correct.  Yes they need to provide some transparency with Gambit and what additional revenues this USD $ 5.0 million acquisition bring to the table. Before the takeover they had less than $1MM in annual sales, so they paid for potential and "blue sky" expectations.  Q2 should give us hopefully some direction and sales growth beyond $5MM USD. If not we will continue to ...more

I am reposting this in case there are any new people on this board that might have missed these clips. They are more relevant today than ever and it shows why Snipp will keep growing at a very healthy clip going forward. It's simply remarkable the amount of data that Snipp collects with their SnippCheck. It's information that a brand could only dream about getting from their 1st & 2nd ...more
