Whoooo Hooo !! Now who is selling at 17; I get someone bidding at 16.5  to pick up some easy shares but come on; who would sell their shares at 16.5? This latest report should run SPN back up to 25+ short term then realistically up between 45-50+ average. It's too bad the numbers above are divided by 100, lol. Any insiders or outside knowledge of the company (Maggs, etc.) know whats next? ...more

Pretty awesome Snipp! But unfortunately the short sellers are burying you and your company. They have given Snipp multiple beatdowns over the last year and they actually seem to be getting stronger in spite of the improving business metrics on all fronts. Maybe at some point they will be able to bring in a player(s) big enough to change the course of things but until then, it will be just more ...more

Where's RobinHood when you need them?????

A few have indicated Snipp is 'really' low vs competitors and maybe this is not the correct comparison but per below does anyone have competitors metrics handy vs Snipp's: Market Cap: $47,997,000 Shares out: 282,337,829 EPs: 0.01 P/E Ratio: 17.70 I'm not a fan of RS's but does SPN have too many shares out? Asking for a 'friend' lol

IMO of course... These are the facts as I see them from the very beginning... This is not a problem about the number of shares. It's about who is controlling a portion of shares who does not want the company to succeed and can control that. You need to look at the history of the CEO. I won't rehash that. It's well documented. While having less shares is more desirable to some, no ...more

Totally agree............ the majority of reverse splits end up back close to where the share price is now.  Not a fan!!!!!!  Snipp is miles from getting on an exchange such as the NASDAQ for a bunch of reasons.    They don't even have a female director for starters which, I understand, is now required.

Thanks for the feedback ! Easy fix; Jayson can just identify as a female (joke). I'm all in favour to one's choice in life. Well, hope the Board is thinking about options; this stalemate of 18-20 cents after a great finacial report is getting frustrating. Or a big player comes in and makes an offer; although I think Baley's get first right of refusal on a buy-out. Or some large 8 ...more

Hi Maggs- I'm new to the company but you seem like the go to guy! Your post seems like you know some heavy stuff.  Can you elaborate more on  "held by people who have the power to destroy what they might not like." And "if you have people trying to hurt the company who control a majority of those shares" Very vague ominous stuff you are talking about ...more

Yeah Maggs would love to hear your take on this. While am not a newbie been around here since the sun $0.05 range as you know. But what's the deal with people trying to hurt the company?
Comment by Partwaythere on Oct 26, 2022 8:53am
I too would like to hear some thoughts on this 'hurt the company' statement. IMO best guess is a large shareholder (non-insider) is a potential competitor or a large business that really values what SPN is doing; hence has offered to buy-out the company and wants it at a discount.  I don't have access to short positions; (think you need to pay for this type of access) but does ...more
