Maggs...SPN's Positive EBITDA and Cash Position

Can you enlighten me (i.e. dollar values) on SPN's positive EBITDA and Cash on Hand position.

You mentioned, financially and longer term growth runway, SPN in favourable position.

It was mentioned that SPN insiders hold 50% of the shares.

Thanks in advance

"Rolling back their shares outstanding from a position of strength" What?  I'm not sure if that is a quote from the CEO or just a statement. You can clarify which if you like. While we can only look at the business from the outside as shareholders, for all intensive purposes, the company is doing fantastic in so many different ways but every shareholder has lost their *ss no ...more

What else could he consider a position of strength from what he can control? The stock, the market cap now less than 1x sales, investor ...more

I love everything about the company as a business except the way they communicate. The % of insider ownership is fantastic as they are aligned with shareholders. But when you look around the Venture there are many companies with much, much higher valuations and are losing millions every quarter or just simply have no business to speak of. How do you explain Snipp and the stock owners who continue ...more

Over a million shares traded today !  Dumping and this is not a good sign. Where are the insiders to buy at a bargain ? This is starting to stink. Or where are the "white knights" to potentially buy this "golden" company ?? We are drifting into oblivion........

No need to worry...It's like Inflation...It's just Transitory selling...That never stops!  There is a solution though... Remember what Chubbs said in Happy Gilmore...Go to a Happy Place!
