Please have a look at the major drop in short interest on July 14th on the OTC market...people certainly don't think or believe that the upcoming results will be bad...

i think nothing has really changed with this company other than they being caught up with new big name auditors who cant seem to be able to finish their audit on time. Everytime i speak to the comapny they tell me they are as frustrated as anyone else that in 10 years they have never been late with their old auditors and nothing has really changed except they bought Gambit this last year. The stock is trading at $0,15 US ($0,195 CAD approx.) this morning on volume slightly higher than usual on the OTC. We should know about the short interest at end of July very soon... This is a weird time to be a SPN shareholders. Hope they won't miss the August 15th deadline, wil see. GLTA

If you want our shares you'll have to wait since SPN shares are under a cease trade order:) I've been a long time shareholders of SPN and will stick to my rather large position (for my portfolio) for as long as they are cash flow + and keep improving on the revenue side but, can't understand how they could get into this absurb position they'

Was getting angry at the 'off with their heads' response to, what in my mind, is a underestimation by the new auditors of the time required, and not the fault of spn management at all. There's no way spn could expedite the process once the auditors were in charge...I'm sure all the documentation, accounts, contracts etc were available from the getgo

All I ask for is communication, if the story is what you say then communicate that.  If you say something is going to happen by a specific date and that date goes by without any communication you lose credibilty.  I am sure if Snipp told one of their clients a program was going to be ready on June 15th and on June 20th they had no program and no communication from Snipp they would lose

Your are totally right ! They have lost total credibility and this management team is completely "mickey mouse". The ultimate responsibility is financial accountability. Delays and missing deadlines, is a complete "anathema" !! How many professional companies fail in the way SNP has the past 3 months ?? How can you trust them anymore in anything they say ?? the company tells me all their documents and financials were ready on 15th of Jan for audit purposes...the auditors did not start till March thinking they could be done in 30 days considering they had the same auditor for 10 years...the sad part of all this is the company feels the process to list on the NASDAQ has now been the biggest loser as its put their plan back by a year or more.

All great information, none of it really changes the simple facts. - We haven't seen 2022 results and it's August - Multiple deadlines for filing have been missed - Multiple times these deadlines have passed without any communication as to what was happening I don't care who's fault it is that the results haven't been audited, they should be on press release overdrive

Who at the company tells you that they had the same auditor for the last 10 years. Press release from 2018 says MNP LLP was their auditor back then. That would be five years ago. Are you making stuff up. Or are you being gaslighted like the rest of us patsies. Thanks for your insight but what good is it if it's not correct.

Let's hope that nothing fishy is discovered in the preparation of the much awaited financial statements that are long overdue, and there is no issuance of re-stated past earnings. This company has become the laughing stock amongst many investors, including their own clients that will look to run away from a company that lacks transperancy and execution. One cannot trust the senior management

Short update to change the tone of the discussion...:) SNIPF is trading at $0.141 on the OTC with a decent volume (ie.: 77K +) this relate to a $0.185 CAD share price. The short interest is not updated yet, should be early next week to show the July 31st #'s. GLTA and enjoy your week-end!

what is funny is that on the OTC where there are lesser total volume shares the price does well and in Canada which is the main listing where there are tooo many shares it always declines...shows that if they reduce volume their price will ratchet a lot...hahah - best comparison and proof they can ever get...or just get out of Canada

Quick update. No volume or very low volume on the OTC this week. The short interest went up but not even close to level seen in the prior months. Can't wait to see the numbers for last year (on the 15th), Q1 (5 days later) and Q2 (10 days later)...well, if they meet the dates they last mentioned, will see. GLTA
