Hmmmm, any bet takers (friendly of course) that Aug 15 will come and go?

I was hoping an Aug 15th (3rd times a charm) date would be used as a date to not exceed; meaning say Aug 15th but then make public on ...... Aug 11th or better yet the morning of Aug 14th before markets open. 

Sure hope the SPN executive team didn't board a flight over the weekend to a non-extradition country, lol.

Good news we hope coming soon; to a theatre near you!

ok then, maybe this evening around 10pm or tomorrow first thing. We are under a cease trade order so really doesnt matter unless the pink sheets get to buy on good news prior. The only reasoning is the auditor sent summer interns / students / coop placements to verify the books, lol.

Reminder......here's their wording We are targeting the filing of our annual financial statements by August 15....... they have already missed previous targets..........won't be shocked if it happens again.  Would not be surprised if the new boys found a flaw in calculations and previous quarters and YE'S had to be revisited and could be re-issued along with 4Q/YE,

That's exactly what I said. Voodo accounting that might require reinstatement. I think enough has been said, about the "mickey-mouse" management of this company. We are all suckers in believing that they are the "real deal' !! Another deadline gone in the garbage, without any previous notice to say we will not meet August 15th. No transperancy, no credibility................ ...more
