Yes, they filed Mgmt circular on SEDAR too-Not sure but they do have to publish the audited FS before then else they may have to postpone the AGM to be held on Dec 15-23 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders of Snipp Interactive Inc. If, if agm for Dec.15 is a go, then you'd think they're obliged to issue the financials a reasonable time before the meeting........which means.......within the next few days ?

I keep checking.....maybe today ......Still haven't voted, waiting to see financials, seems reasonable. unlike others here, I can think of a few reasons why financials have been a pain...some very unusual aspects to their business, especially when including aspects of the new addition.....for eg. if i get via SPN, for free, the right to place a $10 wager, and haven't used that wager, how

I think this company is finito.  Wait for some bankrupsy announcement to come soon, or someone buying them for $ 0.03 a share.  I went on their site to see the recent BODs.  Where is the Bally appointment to the board and where is the Gambit President who sold his company to SNIPP ? Totally non-existent.  A BOD made up of 4 people.   What a joke. Same with mickey

Does anyone see this AGM not happening? IMO though: My guess, the AGM occurs on Fri the 15th - everything is shared pre-market BUT until TSX verifys no trading halt lifted. During the course of the day on the 15th / over the weekend the halt gets lifted and we're trading again on Monday the 18th.

Your point of view is interesting. In the event that the report(s) is (are) not published by the time the AGM starts, can they still move forward with all that they have to do like; giving options and free shares to friends, increasing salary and benefits, adding or reducing the board, switching their accounting,etc... ? I've never seen such a situation with a company I'm invested in so
