Breathe...

To your points...In my opinion of course...

They have had that same story since the beginning and the execution has "lagged" to say the least since the beginning.

The same talking points for years..."The investments in our platform are starting to pay off".
It's a never ending barrage of some new talking points and the same talking points along with over paying for acquisitions that never pan out. It just goes on and on and on. Year after year after year.
It just never ends no matter what they say. And no one is ever held accountable. So the arrogance grows.

The reason why no one even comments on these things here on the board is because everyone knows it's a failure and they can't wait to dump their stock. They are cowards. Instead of demanding change they just can't admit it because they are holding the same cra**y stock that the rest of us have.

Public records exist for a reason...

But don't worry...Things are different now!

investments are all about timing...if you held a stock for 10 years thats on you! For all of us who bought into this in the 1-5 cent error - we dont scream as we are doing well...made our base returns and everything now is gravy! For those that bought in year 1-7 - sorry about your loss. Timing is everything with luck! For me this has been one of the best pennies I have bought. For you maybe not.& ...more

People who need and want the Gaslighting to continue will never tell the truth. Nor will they address the actual problems because it's not in their best financial interest.  Just the nature of the beast...

I believe that everyone is on the 'wait-and-see' mode. If you look at SPN communications for the past few months (some could say years....), it's been a lot of talk-the-talk...now they ned to execute and walk-the-walk.  As noted in my previous post, it looks pretty good technically (daily and weekly) but all of this will be confirmed with their Q1 financials to come later in May ...more

A couple of updates doesn't suddnely make them great communicators.  Hopefully this is the start of a trend but we will see.  Q1 seems a bit optimistic, let's see if they can get their Q4 out on time this year.

When referring to their communication 'level' I was talking about their constant sharing of information over LinkedIN not their 'formal' press releases...on that, I fully agree with you, it is not a few updates that makes them great communicators.

When your failing, you don't generally want to talk about it. The problem is not the failing itself, we all make mistakes and fail. That is how we learn. It's an incredibly humbling, embarrassing and frustrating experience. But we are all better for it in the long run. What we have here is a situation where they never admit they were wrong, there are never any consequences for their ...more
