MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY

Where are the inisders buying stock at $ 0.065 ?  One would think that there would be massive accumulation if they felt that the company was undervalued.  However we see none of this. Therefore all completely mickey mouse.  Where is the CEO of Gambit ? What is happening with this acquisition ?
Another joke. Where is Atul ? Where are some positive news bulletins ? Where is their investor relations department trying to build some buzz on this company ?  Continued misery with this investment, and the lack of a long term strategic vision and building some capital appreciation. A dead dog. No acquisitions, and no one interested in buying them.

When the CFO leaves a company it is usually not a good thing. He or she can see the health of the company and has some over the horizon view of where the company is going, sales projections, projects, cash flow, investments, growth, etc. This CFO mostly likely saw nothing positive and now running for the hills, and expect massive selloffs over time. Thought this company was legit.

2nd view imo; or took accountability for the 8-month halt on trading, took responsibility on the SP being at it's lowest despite record revenue, perhaps just under-qualified for the various international markets they operate in. Or maybe just the fall-guy for Atul, someone had to answer for market value being less than revenue. Here's to 30M in revenue this year; sp 7 cents :(

We are seeing this everywhere... A valuable history lesson as old as time... Demons never willingly give up power. It should be obvious to all...They will destroy everything. There is no in between. Repent your sins and except God. Cleanse your soul. Apologize. It's the only path. The chances of that happening...ZERO

Here's some info on Jaisun Garcha...... this could be old news to you guys but it was new to me.... it appears he might have been s rental CFO......... the chart does not have hire/departure dates but it certainly likes an overlap on positions. Profile Jaisun Garcha is a Member of the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia and the Chartered ...more

Good guy...obviously very knowledgable...Alya seems to be the original they vended into and he was CFO of that entity. Seems like Atul kept him around all these years. His expertise seems to be in taking companies public - see his current one on Nasdaq amazing run from $4 to $30...wow i want to invest in his next deal!!!

Well, he helped get SNIPP to around a buck but that was a long time ago............  I guess he moved on knowing that Atul's company would not get beyond 30 cents.    Bets are that Mr Pistilli will become the permanent CFO.
