I have looked & looked; I am not even sure what the news release means. Seriously! Who bought; who sold. Which company owns what when the dust settles. Assistance please...

XCORP merges with GPM. GOLDSPOT major shareholder of XCORP. Therefore SPOT will be major shareholder Of this new exploration Company. Very positive!! That land must be very attractive.

Yes. The press release says Xcorp will own 50% and Spot owns about 80% of that so approx. 40% of amalco. The press release also states that they will be a minority share holder.  Regardless, 40ish % is a big chunk. Also, Denis Laviolette is the CEO and Shawn Hood is the COO.
