Some dilution to settle debt.

I suppose it's better than using up cash as long as the cash is going for exploration.  Don't know if the CEO et al are taking a bit of a haircut in their coompensation as  the stock mires in the abyss. The TSX V is apparently one of the worst performers as far as exchanges go. Major lack of investment interest.
