As a shareholder of SQI for many years I have watched the 3 of you enrich yourselves with financings that have been self serving. Yes you funded the company, but you did it in an egregious way. I have just one simple question for all of you---

WHAT IS THE EXIT STRATEGY FOR ALL SHAREHOLDERS?

The 3 of you do nothing to help with any kind of deals to move this company forward, what do you do---except DILUTE THE SHARES to the point where a real investment banker laughs at the number of shares outstanding!!!

I am frustrated by your lack of moral fiber and fiduicary responsibility.  Get off the board and let them bring in real directors.

People are dying everyday and SQI can help them  but you sit on your hands with your mouths shut.

Frustration is understood, as is extreme empathy for those suffering....especially when technology to help exists.   The story has been kept close to the vest and should be shared. If people are suffering/dying and SQI/UHN's products can help, we should be sharing that sincerely for public consumption and call to action.   An Investor Presentation on the website stale dated June 2022
