Hey Surf, 

I know you like the Management and Directors, and are willing to be patient.  I too see the huge potential here.  I believe it was Bluesea that commented earlier on the progressive group the company is in meetings with regarding future funding (Clariti Strategic Advisors Inc.) - great group.  

Based on the quality of Management, Directors that collectively are worth Billions, and Product that is poised to be commercialized where there is no immediate competition and market opportunity in the $Billions...I should add that SQI has UHN and Shaf Keshavjee as its partner too.  SQI products have a significant role to play - there is little question there.  

Aren't relitively insignificant amounts of tens of millions a great investment when $billions are on the horizon?

With CEO Andrew's background raising hundreds of millions, along with four Directors that are collectively worth billions, where one of them gave $25 million to a charity in Toronto a few years back - isn't this (SQI) a nobel and amazing opportunity to fund both life saving technology and huge revenue runway?

Do you believe this group will do the right things to make this a bright future for all shareholders, as I do?

I have no idea if "this group will do the right things to make this a bright future for all shareholders". I do think this is a very bright and astute group.  It does feel like a very long poker game here. A lot of doubt being highlighted at the moment. Very Astute group for sure - and have to believe they are working for the best interests of all stakeholders.

Doing the right thing.....I agree, but I can only hope so.  A bright and astute group. I think so but let's look at the worst case scenario, being default. The $7.5 M Pivot financing is only 50% Pivot or $3.75 M. The balance I understand is split amongst the three insiders @  $1.25 M each.  All at 15% interest. Thanks for comments Surf.  Any thoughts on below?  Anything you can add is appreciated.     With such sound technology and such oversized corresponding opportunities its difficult to grasp why we are where we are.  These aren't years off, or small opportunities, but rather hundreds of millions at very healthy margin.  SQI has top quality products and a top
