Positive announcement
At least the board isn't dumping shares to move on. Selling 15 million shares each to fund the company means they still have a solid commitment and looking at every avenue possible to make the products in the pipeline a viable revenue maker. They still believe in the potential of each product, know it will save lives and know this company will have excellent revenues after commercialization.
For me this is a very positive sign and does not reflect the share price.
