Some ideas are well established, while others remains more than a decade away.  
EVLP & CLES are here now and ready to go live in the USA.  TOR-Dx will be a complement to the Toronto UHN protocol for Lung Bioengineering as it is in Toronto.  
The Lung Score test has a space to fill, where no others are present.  SQI has a hundred million dollar space already carved out for it.  Just a matter of time here...
