Time to vote the Board of Directors out?????
Its a simple equation .....
Stake in Spackman Entertainment is worth 6 cents per share canadian ....
Reduce the position by 15% and pay shareholders a special dividend or I would rather a large buyback at 0.04 cents
Unloading 15% of the stake would bring in 1.3 million cash$!
Buyback 30 million shares at 0.04 cost 1.3 million!
new sharecount would be 120 million with 7.7 million in equity (9-1.3) increasing the equity to 0.065 accretive to shareholders. And would def increase the stock from this 2 cent range!

Yes, make perfect sense for me. The market will correct the distorted prices.
