THE DEFINITION OF CONSOLIDATION-A TOOL INCOMPETENT MGNT USE

it's a tool that companies use to CAMOUFLAGE SHARE PRICE FAILURE AND MANAGEMENTS FAILURE TO GET A DECENT RETURN ON THE SHARE PRICE. It's quite obvious as the stock price is 1 t 1.5 cents an barely trades a share. Once the consolidation is done to reduce the number of shares they will start to issue more shares. The mgnt of this company can't even run a email site or know how to answer the business phone an should have been looked into by the exchange before allowing the consolidation. One of the worst companies I ever invested in . The consolidation will be a total disaster imo.
