Friedland's SPAC was set up in Jan 2021, with mandate to invest in green energy, and storage in particular. They have 2 years to fulfill it's mandate, we're almost 6 months in. The SPAC will take VRB (Friedland's private company in which SRI holds ~10% stake) public, which will accrue massive cash to SRI, many times its current market cap.
