I do believe the last nr just before the release of the start of Hubei..there was a video quite similar to today's...then a news release from VRB which pumped the SP imo

Yes. Vid was July 8 then it was announced 14th VRB was selected for National Evaluation in China. Gap up. Considering the current gigafactory construction partners inculde the local and state gov there is a high level of confidence the evaluation will exceed expectations. As it has previously.

Keep in mind Lee is the closest ear to operations in Hubei imo Lee does keep it honest and ahead of the ball. Regarding the video. Lee can only touch lightly regarding the operations and future surprises imo more thorough insight to what is going on when the VRB NR pops. Glta!
