I am looking at this one as it is intresting and may buy in
Not many shares trade daily but a good entry point with upside
What is the day to be in by for March pay out I dont think I even saw one for the February payout

The trading volume on this is so low I took a postion today 20000 shares at $.75

Probably smart. Looking at this myself. Like monthly payout like DIV, CHE, GH etc better but some exposure to western Canadian O&G cash flow is not bad at this 8% yield Good valuation metrics in price to cash flow and price to book  The operating management performance indicators ..return on assets, equity and investmnent look good too but there is a limited time frame looking back and ...more

I am way over weighted in DIV i needed to find something else with a good dividend rate I prefer the monthly payout instead of quarterly Not many need to sell to get this back up to its highs

Interesting that it is begining to creep up is that due to the dividend date or the news of the royalty deal they closed
