Investors should be AWARE.....
of the following before investing in this company! There a both good things about plunking your hard money in here, as well as MANY bad things.....and a few of them are downright ugly. I'll first list the good reasons for Investing in Silver Sprout, the same reasons i mentioned on here when i first starting posting AND made my own initial investment here about one month ago.
As my belief & my premise are the Silver prices are going to completely explode in the fllowing 12 months, practically ANY Silver play will do well, to varying degress, in that environment. So why Silver Sprout? Before i answer this, be aware that some might find my reasoning here downright crazy or illogical........but please note that in any scenario where there are exploding prices for a certian commodity & crazy FOMO, nothing will make sense or be logical to practically anyone. So why Silver Sprout? No "paricular" reason really, aside from the stock being "cheap" at just a niickel and having the word "Silver" literally in it's name. Those were the main qualifiers aside from them having some "insurance" as well.
Some might look at my reasoning here and say i'm off my rocker, but that's the honest truth folks! There is NO OTHER reason for investing here, aside from pure speculation & taking a bigaZZ gamble.....no MATTER what any hardened follower says. If folks really want to take advantage of the coming Silver boom with a lot less risk and better odds of a decent ROI, then Silver Sprout is definitely NOT the one to be in for the faint of heart. There are vastly much better Silver plays than this, with projects that are not only much more advanced but offer much better upside potential for investors. This is not even mentioning the managment aspect here, which is not even on par with some of their peers and has been downright dismal for an operation that's been active for over two decades!
There are two important things investors have to realize here, their properties & their history. For the assets, even though their portfolio here is interesting, divers & numerous for a 5 cent penny stock, they are mediocre at best and their main "potentially lucrative" property is offline, in limbo and probably lost. Without Pino, what remains of their assets is purely for backup measures imo or the "insurance" i mentioned before and i don't believe they will amount to anything but wasted time & money. And talking about those wasted reasources, if there was ever a poster boy for doing absolutely nothing for so long, a company like Silver Spruce would fit the bill perfectly.
Over two decades folks! That's how long these guys have been around and in that time they've been able to produce squat, zero, ziltch, nada.....nothing. Their past history has been nothing but a continuous revolving door of bad assets, bad mgmt and bad decisions. If one actually takes a closer look at this company, you can probably make a case that this has been nothing but a shell company providing a guranteed salary for the folks who work there, at s/h expense, without EVER have the serious intentions to build something meaningfull. I don't know how you can argue otherwise by looking at their past and they would be right to judge them in that manner and assume as much for their future.
As for recent events, i see many folks here making a fuss over a miniscule insider buy as reasoning to be hopeful. Well, it would have probably been the case if other insiders didn't dump resoundingly larger holdings soon after! Jesus, these guys have as much hope, confidence & loyality to their own company as Mr. Madoff had in his. What i trying to say here is this, even if you as insider don't "believe" in the company's ability to succeed, you can at least 'pretend" or give the "illusion" that you do believe to give hope to s/h, or at the vey least those poor fools who've been hoping & holding for YEARS for something.
I don't think anyone here is hoping, demanding or even forcing that insiders MUST buy as a sign of loyality/confidence in their own company, but goddamn, if you don't want to buy....fine but if you hold shares, you can at the very least refrain from competely dumping the stock right it begins to show some signs of life for s/h after a very long & pronounced drought. When i talk about mismanagment & bad decision making, this is what i mean. Sound, rational management is not only isolated to the operational side, but also to investor & s/h commincation and being transparent with them at all times. It makes all the difference in either being successfull or being a complete faliure for decades.
So to end this, make sure you know WHAT you're investing in and for WHICH reasons including the risks involved, becuase if you don't, you WILL BE greatly disappointed with the final results. I personally still remain invested, still have "some" hope there will be a resolution to the PIno situation and that mgmt are "cognisant" of what needs to be done if they want to finally succeed. But until that time comes and until they show some solid results, i will remain as confident or skeptical in the company's ability as the insiders who are currently dumping their stock.
Good luck & God speed
