SSE received multiple settlement offers from them, but turned them all down. Whenever the management wants to organize a PnD, they change the text a bit and flood the board with shills. The company had a similar story before,  when they gave away a known

The farmer surface land owner in this case sounds similar to a number of the land surface rights (ownership) of many of Canada's Firtst Nations communities. Under such scenario where SSE and partners are dealing in bad faith (corupt and deceiving to its core), i.e., where sse's administration refuses to deal honestly and straightforward with the landowners I would like to get in touch with

I believe the original land owner had Died and willed it to his wife. Lawyers got involved which took some time for the rightful ownership to be put in her name. Lawyers are still involved looking out for her best interest.

Assuming it exists, what I would like to see uncovered is the discovery of some unsavory (double-dealing) deal, planing, fixed intent, talk, etcetera, in other words, something along these lines that might secretly exist about PINO'S partnership and between some of its partners and thus to explain this deal's deep stagnation.
