Final nail in.

Effective at the close of business on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014, the preference shares of Stetson Oil & Gas Ltd. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company. The common shares will remain trading.

RKHAM-never invest again in a Forbes/Manhattan listing...ever. They will win the appeal-as in order for the defendant to overturn the court decision for the payment of mega millions to Stetson already in their favor..they have to produce new evidence on an appeal basis...there is nothing new to present...its just a delay tactic to defer payment...and I will bet that Stetson didn't care ...more

Shaw.. With all the transparency you would think this type of manipulation or arrangement would be considered a big NO-NO & seized to move forward. We were 2-3 months from a payout after years of support investing in this _____. Best,RK
