Strategic investor with only 1 mill shares dilution!!

I see Ste now now has over $5.3 mill in the bank with only 37,500,000 shares outstanding. Wowzers! How did they structure this so perfectly? They also have a discovery so the heavy lifting is done. Let those 3 drills keep drilling and let's go!!! Congrats to the management team. Incredible!
