Financing

1 miilion shares at $3.60 which is 5.5% lower than todays price. i like that there still keeping shares total low and finance when needed. maybe news tomorrow im sure this needed to get this out before the next set of results

They would have had to structure this placement at least 2 weeks ago and that would have been around $3 so pricing at $3.60 would have been a premium. Their market took off in the last 10 days.
