so....this is an interesting document ... not sure whether there is anyone around that wants to discuss.....but just in case....
11 items on the agenda....the key highlights for discussion (imo) are :
proposed (up to) 30:1 consolidation of shares....yup from 79.449.022 to 2.649.967
.
voluntary delisting from TSXV ; relisting with approval on the CSE
change to allow the company to issue an unlimited number of shares (currently capped at 100.000.000)
so...to use the phrase..."is there anybody out there?"
