CFO just received options today. 

400,000 at .28. Premium on market price. 

Tetzlaff was was one of the key deal makers for Fronteer’s buyout deal. 2.3 Billion take out by Newmont. Now CFO’ing a small cap.... Interesting indeed!

It's worth noting the synergies/relationships of these companies.  Fronteer was controlled by Oxygen Capital, and as you noted, developed and sold.  True Gold / Blue Gold, also controlled by Oxygen...developed and sold.  True Norh Nickel, you guessed it, part of the Oxygen Group, was also developed and sold, as was Liberty Gold.   Oh, where am I going with this?  You ...more

Great comments. Couldn’t agree more!! They gave a discount to Teck by letting them have those shares. The fact Tech didn’t want a warrant tells you they are in this for the long haul. The share structure matters to them. Less shares to buy out eventually. If this turns into a mega deposit it would not be uncommon to attract hostile interest given the lack of grade A ground available for ...more
