Spin Off

I am surprised there are no posts on the good news. I did not rrealize there were pending outstanding permits for TPK  drilling.  Well, you Gurus out there how does spinning off TPK affect the shareholders? I had not anticipated this move first noting it in a small sentence on the Royal accauazition news.
