FINANCING

Well i understand now that this financing is a good one, yes it is low but not when it was previously filed,   this 5 mil will take care of the 2 million bond do  2023,  (now) on the candelaria property,  ( it is  SVE`s now)   and give another 3 mill to drill  the Arizona property.                    ps,   SVE has about 2 mill in the  kitty so  5 mill for  the Arizona s drilling is  plenty.        ALRIGHT   let the games  beggin.
