Why is this company still around when W. Africa has consolidated companies and properties so much?

Look at TRE tsx-v... 3.1m ozs. 1+g/t at surface...in saprolite, PEA, DFS and fully permitted...... $9m market cap! Unbelievable...they $50m + to get to this point... the jr. Market is in a coma imo...glta
