Swan, Harry Macklyn purchased 156,00 shares at a price of $0.12, for a total value of $18,720,00.

Although on a relative basis it's not a heck of a lot of money tossed at Black Swan Graphene by Harry Macklyn Swan, it is, none the less, interesting that such a purchase price is $0.12.

That is intriguing because I didn't find who is Harry Macklyn. He is not listed on the web site of Black Swan.
