who brought this stock to some of our attention has a "considering trade"  flag set for Sunward as he is moving into producing companies mainly.  I think he is making a mistake which he does often as the metalurgy , mass, and exploration upside will make this a profitable venture for any buyer despite the low grade aspect.

he wants to sell it because the macro environment is punishing explorecos currently.  So now this Colombian mining issue comes along and gives him the perfect excuse to bail. Mind you,he's not saying he's bailing outright, but he will. He's just setting it up to look less irrational.

No, in the case of Sunward it's specifically because he knows there's a massive share overhang at $1.60. I've talked with him about it. Sunward doesn't break $1.60 until the buyout. His in price was $1.47 so it's a wash for him if he drops it now. Funny enough, many of his sell calls aren't explorecos, but buyout candidates - and that's one thing he's been good at ...more

Last time I exchange email with him he told me to sell a stock because it was in a thug controlled area of Peru so I sold my 20k shares @ .38.  The stock symbol... RIO  dohh.  But  nobodies perfect.  The overhead (warrants /options)at Sunward would vanish quickly with $2k gold. Still the volume so low with so much controlled by institutions here.

Yes, I know who this is and if you do the opposite of what he recs, you'll make a ton of money; he's terrible. Sunward is the top class of all S. Am - the investors have flown Tony Blair there twice, to grease the wheels. Only they are interested in building a mine, not pumping a stock, so it drifts on tiny volume. It's also suffered as I think investors are (wisely) avoiding the most ...more
