Theory

The SP is lagging .  It could be Colombian politics but I get the feeling a Placement is coming.  And whoever gets this placement is getting it cheap.  With all the institutional holders why else do you let the price sag with peanut volume unless you will be part of it?  Guessing Friday after hours news.
