Slam Exploration agreement for Patapedia property

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation an option agreement dated Sept. 8, 2020, between the company and Richard Mann (the optionor). Pursuant to the agreement, the company will acquire a 100-per-cent right, title and interest in three mineral tenures comprising 39 units in the Patapedia property, located near Kedgwick, N.B. As consideration, the company will issue 300,000 common shares and pay $20,000 cash over a three-year period. The option is subject to a 1.5-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty. The company may purchase two-thirds of the royalty equal to a 1-per-cent NSR royalty for $1-million at any time.
