Have a look at this image
doning historical holes. - backside of Logan or Malissen mtn.
- flanking lower side of .Venninh - lower basin - right where meta's would build up.
- interior of basin aimed westerly
- historicals at granges - directly in basin
= historical drilling incorporated sediment + host rock. Logan zone is not the Maliseen mtn
it could very well be the backside of, Maliseen mtn.
if accurate...., it woild mean Logan lower basin backside of Maliseen = sediments.
I would love to see the historical + recent drills
plotted on this contour map below.
black arrows metasediment flow from Dome - metas would build up at residtent points
blue arrow another gulch watershed comming from western venning dumping in metas
tried to position farq drill 900m away from granges
farq hole seen on survey maps is shown tad lower in basin
historical holes are on a decending shoulder - tried to place as best i could
yeah... historical drill clusters could be a tad closer to farq hole.
again... would love to see Slam use a contour map to plot drills / zones
100m / 325 ft from lower basin to surrounding ranges.
reminds me of a long ago fast flowing river system with widened areas forming lake.
if anyone has ever seen a large river system with areas broadened out like lakes
and spring water flows from rains and melted snow.... lots of silts, rocks can be moved in.
Resistent points would capture and build mass.
500m towards the word Logan would make for an interesting drill target.
Test metasediments from watershed gorge ( blue arrows )
if the the drill found their target 30m - 60m of minerals
= i'd lean towards drill out the basin.
Keep in mind
Farq pissed away 72m before intercepting minerals.
Green dotted line ?
line intersects 20m of drill core @ grange ( where mineralization began )
continuing to Farq intersecting 70m from yellow dot
strike path of mineralization
Yet... if farqq drill was moreso lower in basin
blue historical cluster on shamfered or shoulder side of mountain
= could still mean sedimrnt build up.
would love to see Slam show near 40m of tuffs ( grange #2 hole )
sediments or tuffs ?
and.... drill hole #1 same ( no cores shown.
which is why i'm leaning towards sediment secondary deposit.
Survey Map
historical @ farq seen descending on shoulder of range.
That's all i'm offering.
Once one digs into research... hard to stop.
One finding leads to another - never ends. lol
Why offer extra research ? Forces junior to second guess, rethink every possible scenerio to ensure
every drill meter finds the correct target - maximum value for shareholders.
Though i plotted Logan on this side of Malissen mtn...
it could very well be on on the backside where more historical holes are seen on first image.
Would historical holes seen on first image prove earlier explorers were drilling the basin ?
Sure would.... Searching for sedimentry
gold deposits.
Heavies drop out in basins... each year class of ores moving in creating layered sediments.
bsee
Cheers....
